The wacky ways these NFL teams can make — or miss — the playoffs

As the NFL heads into the final week of the regular season, there are still division titles and playoff berths to be decided.
For some teams, it’s simply win and you’re in. Others will need some help to get there — win or lose.
Let’s take a look.
Green Bay Packers (8-8)

If the Packers win: They’ll get a wild card berth.
Packers (cont’d)

If the Packers lose: They can still qualify for the postseason if Detroit, Atlanta, Carolina, and Arizona all pick up Ws.
Seattle Seahawks (8-8)

If the Seahawks win: Then they just need a Green Bay loss to Chicago as well.
Seahawks (cont’d)

If the Seahawks lose: They’ll regret not beating Pittsburgh in Week 17.
Buffalo Bills (10-6)

If the Bills win: They win the AFC East, and get the No. 2 seed.
Bills (cont’d)

If the Bills lose: They’ll need the Ravens to knock off the Steelers, and the lowly Titans to take down the Jags.
Philadelphia Eagles (11-5)

If the Eagles win: They’re playoff-bound, but not division winners (unless Dallas loses).
Eagles (cont’d)

If the Eagles lose: It would be a huge disappointment for the reigning NFC champs, who were 10-1 before losing four of their last five games.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8-8)

If the Bucs win: They’ll take the NFC South despite only being a game over .500.
Buccaneers (cont’d)

If the Bucs lose: They’ll give Carolina its third win of the season.
